WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes the management methods implemented on this site with reference to the processing of the personal data of users.

This notice is only provided for the Label S.p.A. site, and not also for other websites that may be visited by the user through links found on the site.
The notice also refers to Recommendation no. 2/2001, that the European personal data protection authorities, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify a set of minimum requirements for online personal data collection, and in particular to define the procedures, the terms and the nature of the information data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of their purpose.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER:
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) was not appointed, as the company does not process any data of natural persons falling under the definition contained in art. 37 of the European Regulation GDPR 2016/679.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing tasks related to the web services of this site are only carried out by technical staff members, or by any people authorised to perform occasional maintenance operations.The personal data provided by the user who submit any request for subscription to the services we offer is used for the sole purpose of delivering the requested service or performance, and is only communicated to third parties if necessary for that purpose.

The personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its own nature may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify the users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibilities in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of email or other data through the forms found on this site, or through any addresses mention on this site, results in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to answer the requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the mail.
