The LB50 system combines the advantages of an automatic door with those of an escape route into a single system.
Let’s see how the LB50 automatic breakout door works
The movable leaves, which can be opened sliding them during the normal operation of the door, can be opened swinging them with a simple thrust in the direction of the exodus.
The breakout can take place in any position of the normal sliding operation, i.e. with the door closed, partially open, or completely open.
In case of leaf breakout while the door is opening or closing, the movement is immediately halted and the door automatic movement cannot resume until all the broken-out leaves are restored to closed position and hooked back up to the breakout system. Breaking out the movable leaves always results in the simultaneous breakout of the lateral semi-fixed leaves.
Door breakout activates a specific pair of photocells or a magnetic device that stops the motor.
Breakout doors for escape routes realized with LB50 frames are available with different types of opening:
- Breakout frame for sliding automations
- Breakout frame for telescopic automations
- Breakout frame for mobile leaves with fixed side element
- Breakout frame for mobile leaves with integral breakout semi-fixed side element
- Breakout frame for mobile leaves only
The frames are available cut and machined, or machined to size and assembled.
