Data provision is mandatory for the purposes mentioned at point 1, to allow the requested services to be provided. Without your consent we shall be unable to provide the services you requested. 
4) DATA COMMUNICATION 
The personal data related to the processing operations in question shall never be communicated to any third parties.
5) DATA DISSEMINATION
The processed personal data, shall never be disclosed to unspecified persons.
6) TRANSFER ABROAD
The personal data shall not be transferred abroad.
7) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (GDPR articles 15-22)
At any time, the data subject can exercise the right to:
request confirmation of the existence or not of his/her personal data.
obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the personal data categories, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated, and, when possible, the retention period;
obtain the rectification and erasure of the data.
obtain the limitation of the processing.
obtain the portability of the personal data, i.e. receiving it from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and being able to transmit it to another controller without hindrance;
object to the processing at any time, even in case data is processed for direct marketing purposes.
object to any automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
lodge a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

9) DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) was not appointed, as the company does not process any data of natural persons falling under the definition contained in art. 37 of the European Regulation GDPR 2016/679.

The collected data is only retained for the time required to provide the requested services.
