The simplicity of the Label Hospital door modular system allows “composing” your ideal door by choosing:

the finish of the panels: in stainless steel, HPL, clear glass, or Smart Glass;
one-leaf, two-leaf, or asymmetrical version;
sealing: simple or hermetic
the protection class against X-rays, by means of
1 (1/16″) to 4 (3/16″) mm thick lead plates
the opening control: a wide choice of handles and pull handles, interlocks, buttons, and signaling lights are available.

Doors HB-B300

Label hospital doors are designed for operating rooms, laboratories, clinics, and highly aseptic environments, provided with a wall frame equipped for hinges, ready to be mounted on wall rabbets or on a subframe, and can be supplemented with accessories such as vision panel, handle, bump band, pulse devices, and safety sensors (radars, infrared sensors). Tightness is provided by expanded EPDM gaskets mounted on the aluminium profiles that cover three sides of the leaf perimeter.

The design and the quality of the materials make every sanitizing operation quick and easy; the choice of 125 different finishes makes this Label product an optimal choice.

A rigid-bristle brush is installed as standard on the bottom edge, and an hermetic seal kit is available on request, only for versions HB-B150I, HB-B150L, HB-B300I, and HB-B300L.

Automation NEXT 75

For non-intensive use without pressure delta.
The automatic version of the door comes with a wall frame equipped for hinges, ready to be mounted on wall rabbets or on a subframe. It can be supplemented with the following accessories: vision panel, handle, bump band, pulse devices and safety sensors (radar, infrared sensors). Tightness is provided by expanded EPDM gaskets mounted on the aluminium profiles that cover three sides of the leaf perimeter.
A rigid-bristle brush is installed as standard on the bottom edge.

Automation NEXT 150

“TECHNICAL” doors designed for operating rooms, laboratories, clinics, and highly aseptic environments in general, for intensive use and delta pressure not exceeding 15 Pa.
The automatic version of the door comes with a wall frame equipped for hinges, ready to be mounted on wall rabbets or on a subframe. It can be supplemented with the following accessories: vision panel, handle, bump band, pulse devices and safety sensors (radar, infrared sensors). Tightness is provided by expanded EPDM gaskets mounted on the aluminium profiles that cover three sides of the leaf perimeter. A rigid-bristle brush is installed on the bottom edge and an hermetic seal kit is available on request.

NEXT 150 automation model for swing doors, motorized opening and closing, for a leaf with maximum width of 1200 mm (471/4″).
Maximum weight for each leaf: 250 kg (551lb) (up to 1000 mm – 393/8″).
Automation dimensions (HxDxL) 60x75x420 mm (23/8″ x 215/16″ x 169/16″).
Suitable for environments where the filtered air pressure introduced by ventilation systems does not exceed 15Pa.

Radiology doors

The doors with stainless steel and HPL panels can also be provided with lead plates with thickness of 1, 2, 3 or 4 mm for protection from X-rays; the realization depends on the weight of the door after the addition of the lead plate.
